At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, Nansha Futures Industrial Park received World’s Best title and the Learning Resource Centre of BNBU received Regional Winner award at International Property Awards 2025. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.
1. Nansha Futures Industrial Park, Guangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu and CSWADI) – World’s Best Architecture
The Nansha Futures Industrial Park in Guangzhou injects new vitality into the city’s financial development. The design takes inspiration from the landscape characters and echoes the city skyline to create a timeless architecture that blends Chinese and modern aesthetics. The park fosters a vibrant community melds industry, work and life, setting a pioneering standard for emerging industrial parks in Nansha and the GBA.

Learning Resource Centre of Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) No.2 Campus, Zhuhai, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen and Executive Director Zihuan Lin, and Guangdong Desheng (G.D.) Architectural Design & Research Institute) – Regional Winner, Best Public Service Architecture, Asia Pacific
The concept of the ‘intersection and flow of knowledge’ flows within the project, breaking away from the traditional library’s closed and singular architectural form. Open, interactive, and diverse spatial characteristics are used. The massing is optimised, transforming from a regular square shape into a rich façade language. The well-proportioned vertical fins present the imagery of book pages, providing a consistent visual rhythm and spiritual connotation both inside and out.
