Aedas signs the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers

Aedas proudly joins the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers launched by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), reaffirming our long-standing dedication to fostering equality and inclusion in the workplace. Aedas Global Legal Director Ralph Leung signs the Charter on behalf of the company, alongside Ms. Linda Lam, Chairperson of the EOC, to formalise this commitment.

Aedas is committed to fostering racial diversity and inclusion as core to our practice. We believe diverse perspectives drive innovative design solutions. Through inclusive hiring, cross-cultural collaboration platforms, anti-discrimination and other ESG policies, we ensure every voice is valued, creating spaces that reflect the communities we serve.

By signing the Charter, Aedas joins a network of over 580 organisations committed to advancing racial diversity in the workplace. This commitment reflects the broader values we uphold – promoting social equity, fostering community engagement, and shaping a more inclusive future.

Launched by the EOC in 2018, the Charter provides a framework of nine guidelines across policy, culture, and work environment to help employers implement practices that promote racial equality and inclusion.
