Under the University’s “LI Dehua and LUO Xiaowei’s Design Chair” program, Aedas Global Design Principal Ken Wai was invited to serve as the lecturer of the 17-week graduate course, in the company of several other Aedas Director and architects. Ken selected the Suhewan plot in Shanghai as a case study to allow students to procure real-life project experience. “We hope that students could learn to work through the various problems architects encounter in their practice, then they’re prepared for the transition from campus to society in advance.”
Aedas has always paid close attention to the cultivation of young architects, and has successively launched numerous scholarship and internship programs with eminent universities. In the future, Aedas will continue to uphold this principle and help the younger generation grow and excel.
