Our Global Design Principal Cary Lau speaks as a guest lecturer at City University of Hong Kong on ‘Connecting Hong Kong to the Greater Bay Area and Designing for a High-Density Sustainable Future’.
Cary shares the insights by showcasing Aedas’ various office, hotel, mixed-use and TOD projects. He introduces his iconic office design of Hangzhou Yuhang Headquarters & Industry Park Project, explaining how the efficient layout maximises the collaboration and creates a people-centric work-recreate environment. Cary also shares his Sai Kung WM Hotel, illustrating how to integrate the design into the community with optimised views for guests.
