Christine Lam joined the 40 Under 40 Awards Forum

Global Design Principal Christine Lam (third from left) joined other architects, urban planners, academic and critic to explore the future of Hong Kong’s waterfront at the 40 Under 40 Awards Forum. She suggested to enhance connectivity between the waterfront and the existing transportation network by creating multi-level connections to facilitate circulations. Water taxis can also be introduced for ‘waterfront hopping’.  “As architects, we can always advise our clients to include valuable public spaces in their developments, including vibrant waterfront areas,” she said.
