C FutureCity Experiential Center in Shenzhen, China, was open on 24 March. Aedas as the Master Planner, Design and Project Architect of C FutureCity, was invited to attend the opening event, where Global Design Principal Frank McGoldrick shared on site the design concept of the project.
The C FutureCity mixed-use development consists of two iconic towers and three luxury serviced apartment towers, all sitting on a four-storey retail podium. The site is in close proximity to Shenzhen Bay with distant views of the wetlands towards the south.
