Aedas Global Principal Gruffudd ab Owain was recently invited as a panelist on “Transforming Spaces, Sustaining Futures” at the 2024 ULI Singapore Annual Conference alongside other esteemed panelists.
Gruffudd shared insights on Beach Road’s urban metamorphosis, charting its development from the shoreline to the vibrant hub it is today as well as Aedas’ involvement in the district. Aedas project experience in this vibrant district includes key developments such as Esplanade station, CityLink Mall, the refurbishment and restoration of Raffles Hotel, South Beach, and the upcoming Shaw Tower redevelopment. These developments exemplify our commitment to enhancing urban connectivity and creating dynamic spaces that shape the district.
