Keith illustrates the high-rise high-density community hub ideas through key projects that represent the future of the Huanggang Port District, including the New Huanggang Port, Huanggang Mixed-use Tower, Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and the East Wing Mixed-use Development.
He also introduces concepts for future office design models, featuring projects such as Shenzhen T33 Tower, Building Decoration Headquarters, and Taichung Bank Headquarters with JW Marriott Hotel. Keith also shares examples from Hong Kong’s CBD, including Tomorrow’s CENTRAL and the Forum, showcasing thoughtful designs that enhance connectivity, sustainability, and liveability in dense urban environments.
