Our Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths was recently invited to speak on ‘Standardization Work of Park Cities – Practice and Exploration in China & City Modernization’ at the 5th China Quality Conference in Chengdu. He has highlighted Aedas’ portfolio in Chengdu through showcasing our diverse projects from different sectors including large scale TOD, office and mixed-use.
Keith illustrated the ideas of park cities through sharing our latest low carbon designs which integrate nature, people and the city within office parks, infrastructure and hotel projects. He suggested new city hub models are necessary in high-rise high-density cities, creating more porous, inter-connected mixed-use developments with spacious public space irrigated with greenery.
