Recently, our Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths is invited to the ‘Questioning East, Exploring West, Building the Future’ Summit Academic Forum held by THAD (Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tsinghua University) as a keynote speaker.
This forum aims to explore the infinite possibilities in the future design field. Keith delivered a speech titled ‘The Porosity and Connectivity of a High-rise High-density City’, expounding on the future development of architectural design in the post-pandemic era, and how to create a low carbon and sustainable urban hub for high-density cities. He shared and demonstrated a series of project cases such as urban renewal, urban new central transportation hubs, interconnected office buildings, new-style shopping malls influenced by online shopping models, and community-style retail streets.
