The first Aedas-SCUT Scholarship Review Committee was taken place at the School of Architecture at South China University of Technology (SCUT). Aedas Executive Directors Kelvin Hu and Fiona Chen attended the review as judges, together with other experienced professors of SCUT to enjoy the students’ presentation.
‘Aedas is happy to share the same vision with SCUT, creating a collaborative and international environment to nurture the students. The students’ presentations have impressed us with their vitality and talents, as well as the openness and creativity towards architectural design.’ Kelvin said.
As a SCUT alumni, Fiona shared that she could see the essence of practicality, innovation and persistence in these students. She also described that Aedas has created a diverse working environment to stimulate creativity, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Aedas is the world’s only local and global architecture and design practice driven by global sharing of research, local knowledge and international practice. Through this scholarship, we are dedicated to nurture the young architects and to explore more innovative designs to build a better community.
