Aedas Executive Director Leon Liang was invited to attend a conference on “Integrated Station-City TOD Comprehensive Development” and delivered a disquisition titled ‘Railway Hub-City Symbiosis ‘. Hosted by the TOD Committee of China Society of Territorial Economists, the conference gathered industry leaders, experts and scholars for a discourse on practical strategies and innovative models regarding station-city integration.

Following rapid urbanisation, the high-speed rail hub is looked upon as more than the heart of cross-city commuting, but also a full-spectrum urban space. The new model is focused on city integration, a collective-prospering of people, land, and transport.
