Aedas Executive Director Wei Li was invited to attend the 2021 Future Business Show hosted by YiMagazine. Under the theme of “Seizing the Future”, Wei Li and other guests conducted in-depth discussion on green and sustainable development.
“The architectural industry has a duty to help foster green-living in our society. On a macro level, we need to realize and promote a green society from the perspective of urban design. On a micro level, we need to take into account building sustainability and energy consumption. Our creations have the ability to influence consumer habits, and promote the development of green cities.” Wei Li said.
Aedas has always been committed to the development of green buildings. Take urban design, Aedas proposed a functional integrated TOD development model based on extensive experience and trend observations. The model centers on station-city integration, creating a transportation hub that provides seamless transit experience by which energy consumption can be reduced while quality of life improved. Aedas also established a green building design research team to apply a scientific framework and use as the foundation for every project.
