Woodlands North Coast (WNC) has received Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Built Environment Transformation Award 2022. The award recognises buildings that demonstrate high standards in sustainability, productivity, digitalisation and other attributes that facilitate workforce development and design innovation. We are glad that our Principal Neeraj Sharma is invited to the award ceremony to receive the award.
Home to the new Woodlands North MRT station and integrated transport hub, WNC will connect its community to new opportunities by developing a polycentric work-live-play-learn mixed-used estate. The 1 North Coast and 7 North Coast buildings are designed with industrial spaces and commercial clusters, offering a lush and conducive work environment with spacious central gardens open to the sky. Flexible spaces are designed to accommodate different types of industrial activities including manufacturing and industrial design activities to R&D, experience centres and after-sales services.
