Carolina brings nearly three decades of financial and operational leadership to the organisation. With extensive experience across design consultancy, retail, manufacturing, and international trading sectors, she supports the firm by strengthening its operational framework and ensuring robust financial management.
Her areas of leadership include strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash flow oversight, policy and compliance management, organizational administration, and the effective coordination of core operational processes.
Since joining Aedas in 2012, Carolina has advanced through key finance and operational roles, contributing to the development of the company’s internal systems and supporting its regional growth.
