With over 13 years of experience spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, Fay Zhou brings a global perspective as a Director at Aedas. She takes every project as a unique opportunity for architectural storytelling, to reflect the traditions and evolving values rooted in our culture. She firmly believes that exceptional designs transcend prescribed styles, emerged from close collaboration with clients, while upholding utmost respect to the environmental, economic, and social context for the community.
Since joining Aedas in 2018, Fay has worked closely with local and international clients to create award-winning architecture of varied scales, including large mixed-use urban developments, industrial parks, super high-rise towers, luxury hotels, urban planning, public facilities and more.
Being one of the design leaders in Shenzhen, Fay reflects her design expertise and client management skills in executing recent projects including Shenzhen Construction Industry Ecological & Intelligent Valley HQ, Guangzhou Nansha Futures Industrial Park, Shenzhen Bagualing Industrial Park Urban Renewal, Zhuhai Hengqin Science City Phase III, and Shenzhen Airport Training Center.
Fay received her BArch from Cornell University and her MSc in Real Estate Development from New York University. Actively engaging in academic and professional exchanges within the industry, she also serves as a design jury member for the Aedas/SZU Scholarship program.
