Frederico has over 30 years of industry experience, a degree in architecture, a degree in environmental and territorial planning, and has completed projects across 5 continents. Passionate about architecture and experienced in all project stages of infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, institutional, educational, and residential works, his diverse experience enables him to engage in a wide range of project scopes.

Frederico is particularly experienced in large-scale, complex and fast-track projects such as the Macao Venetian Cotai Strip, and the Suntec City Projects. He also has an extensive portfolio in institutional and healthcare facility projects across various continents and jurisdictions.

Frederico has an exceptional railway portfolio, particularly in collocated cross-border high-speed rail facilities including the West Kowloon Terminus, Bandar Malaysia terminus, Iskandar Puteri International Station, and the Singapore HSR feasibility study. His rail experience also includes the Yangon Central Station Masterplan and New Railway Station redevelopment, Melbourne Metro, and the Singapore CRL.

A digital and technology enthusiast, Frederico is heavily involved in BIM/VDC+O and Healthcare Architecture promotion and has won several international awards including the 1st Runner-Up in the BCA international BIM competition, and the “Graphisoft Design Competition: Algorithmic Design Meets BIM”. He has been invited to speak in leading industry conferences in Singapore, Osaka, Tokyo, Lisbon, Aveiro, Coimbra, Viena, Stockholm, and Riyadh.
