Gruffudd is a Global Principal at Aedas with over 28 years of experience covering a wide range of sectors and is particularly experienced in rail infrastructure, mixed-use, integrated resort and transport-oriented developments.
Through his involvement in large mixed-use projects, he has gained substantial experience in addressing complex design challenges to successfully deliver some of the largest mixed-use developments in South East Asia. He has contributed to the design and procurement of large multi-purpose developments in Malaysia, Myanmar, MENA, and Singapore.
Furthermore, he possesses extensive experience in handling Multi-modal Transport Hubs and integrating them into Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs). With over 20 years of global experience in Mass Transit and Metro projects, he has been involved in all aspects of transit design, including feasibility studies, design and procurement, and project delivery.
Gruffudd plays a key role in leading the infrastructure design portfolio at Aedas. With his extensive expertise, he excels at cultivating enduring partnerships with clients, ensuring their long-term success.
He is currently the Project Director for a large TOD related mixed-use project and a new Integrated Resort project in Singapore.
