With over 35 years of professional experience, Harold has acquired a variety of experience in designing, documentation, specification writing, construction management, and contract administration on a wide spectrum of projects. He is a licenced architect in Singapore.
Harold has worked on various building sectors including transportation, logistics, technology & industry, civic & cultural, education, entertainment & leisure, hospitality, residential, office, and mixed-use developments particularly in Singapore and China. His largest contribution to Aedas is the Marina Bay Sands (Infrastructure Team) and he worked as the lead contracts administrator for South Beach Mixed Development.
Harold is particularly involved in the office-wide technical peer review for contract-related matters, guiding the Singapore office through its annual ISO 9000 External Audits, and knowledge sharing across the young budding architects preparing for their professional examinations. He has worked at all levels from managing the client, designing the project and supervising the process. Apart from being a delivery-centric architect, he is an avid UAV pilot and holds a Singapore Unmanned Aircraft Pilot’s Licence.
