Based in Singapore, Janice Tnay is Head of Business Development and Communications (SEA). She leads and centralizes business development and communications initiatives, aligning strategies across design sectors and market teams to further strengthen Aedas’ presence throughout Southeast Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. With extensive experience delivering projects in Singapore, China, and across the region for both government and private sectors, Janice is well-versed in navigating diverse markets and cultural nuances.
Drawing on over a decade of practice as an Urban Planner, Janice brings a unique perspective that combines design insight with business strategy. She plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving strategic partnerships with the Singapore management team. Her focus on branding, market positioning, and collaborative initiatives supports Aedas in expanding its reach, securing new work, and cultivating long-term growth across the region.
