As a Global Design Principal of Aedas, Ken Wai is passionate about architecture. He received professional training in the United Kingdom and has over 35 years of experience in major international practices. During these years, he has been involved in the design of various iconic buildings around the world and received numerous international accolades from the industry.
Ken directs the designs of a broad spectrum of architectural projects on both national and global scales. His specialization lies in holistic mixed-use developments, major infrastructure facilities, high-end office towers, luxurious hotels as well as bespoke private residences. Over the years, he has produced numerous well-acclaimed designs that earned him various awards and honours.
Main master works: Beijing Sina Plaza, SINOVAC High-Tech Transformation Achievements Transformation Project, Hangzhou Nanhu Future Science Park for Alibaba, Yohoo Museum, Guangzhou Kingboard Plaza, and Chongqing Gaoke Group Ltd Office.
