Ken is a Director of Aedas and has 24 years of professional experience working in different regions including PRC, Hong Kong, USA and New Zealand. Ken has been involved in a wide spectrum of project sectors including mixeduse, retail, offices, 5-star hotels, civic & community, urban planning and infrastructure. His responsibilities range from concept & scheme design, detailed design, contract administration to construction phase’s site inspection and supervision. He honed his coordination skills through liaison with clients, consultants and contractors from design to construction stages, which allows him to develop a thorough understanding of design, detailing and interfacing issues.
Ken has over 16 years of experience working on PRC projects and has successfully led the design and delivery of large mixed-use projects in various PRC cities. He was the Project Architect for Center 66 in Wuxi – the project has had unique issues to have been resolved and the project has been completed to a high standard of finish; giving the end users a set of buildings and environment to cater for their needs as well as delivering a valued service to clients.
Ken is also currently the Director for Shanghai Xiao Dong Men retail, Xi’an Lovi Center project, Nansha Coastal Garden Phase 7, Shanghai Golden Union Park and Shenzhen Yitian New Town Mixed-use project.
