Kevin Jose is a Global Principal at Aedas with over 40 years of experience, with 30 of them being in Asia. Since 2002, he has been an Executive Principal/Director of Aedas, where he heads the Singapore office of over 250 professional and technical staff. He is also part of the Aedas International Global Board responsible for leading the practice worldwide.
Kevin has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Aedas’ presence in Southeast Asia since 1993 and successfully positioned Aedas as a leading force in the region. He has led the design and delivery of many significant projects, ranging from Grade-A Offices, Mixed-Use Developments, to Integrated Resorts across Asia.
Prior to being stationed in Southeast Asia, Kevin was the Project Director for the Macau Venetian Integrated Resort; and the Landmark Retail, Hotel and Office Project in Hong Kong for Hongkong Land. Kevin was also heavily involved in major infrastructure projects including several rail interchange stations in Hong Kong.
He was notably the Project Director for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort from 2007 to 2011 in Singapore and was responsible for directing the Consultants team and Client liaison. Kevin is currently leading various projects in the region including an integrated resort, a golf resort master plan, and a large Research & Development facility in the Philippines.
