He has been involved in numerous large-scale complex projects spanning across private and public residential sectors, research institutions, hospitality and commercial developments from conception to construction.
Leo possesses all-around design abilities in large-scale mixed-use, commercial mixed-use and headquarters projects. His considerable experience and strong leadership allow the team to strive for excellence and deliver distinctive large-scale projects with aplomb.
With his expertise in architectural design and in-depth knowledge of the China market, Leo demonstrates his design flair in significant projects including Shenzhen Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone East Wing-1 Project, Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone N-01 and N-03 plot, Shenzhen Transsion Tower, Nanjing Xin Jie Kou Suning Plaza, an ‘Urban Living’ Plaza, and Main Building of Guangdong-Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park.
