Richo Du has over 13 years of experience in architectural design, leading and participating in a wide range of projects, including super high-rise, mixed-use complexes, hotels, offices, industrial parks, retail and educational buildings. His works have been widely recognised by prestigious domestic and international awards, including the International Design Awards, REARD Global Design Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, MUSE Design Awards, and the Architecture MasterPrize.
With a dual academic background in urban planning and architecture, Richo’s designs combine a strategic vision for macro urban layouts with meticulous attention to micro spatial experiences. He emphasises balancing iconicity, functionality, and cost-effectiveness, aiming to meet diverse stakeholder demands while delivering works of both architectural and aesthetic value. Richo is committed to injecting vitality and quality into cities through unique design concepts and exceptional project management, showcasing the profound social and cultural significance of architecture.
In recent years, he has led and engaged in several key projects, including Beijing SINOVAC High-Tech Achievements Transformation Project, Xiamen Headquarters Area of BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Innovation Center, BNU-HKBU United International College (UIC) No.2 Campus, Foshan Shunde Honghao Plaza, Changshu Jinmao Science City, and Hangzhou Gezhouba West Lake Residential Project.
