As a debut to the ‘Celesta’ residential series, Celesta Rise is located in Nha Be, a suburban district to the south of Ho Chi Minh City. The master plan of the site comprises 5 residential towers and a row of 2-storey shophouses integrated with the towers facing the main road, within a site area of 2.7ha.
The residential towers feature 923 units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments, offering a variety of products catering for different living needs. The project location allows for an optimal view with it facing a future golf course, substantial green spaces on both sides and low-rise developments at the back of the site. The planning was then developed in accordance with the linear geometry of the site in which the towers were deliberately positioned to optimise unblocked views for all units. A lush landscape ground stitches all the towers together creating a unique living environment that allows residents to rejuvenate and recharge in a suburban setting.
The sophisticated design allows for a relaxing and soothing guest arrival experience that is graced with sunlight and ventilation to highlight the natural elements. As a separation from the public realm, residents are greeted with an outdoor deck lined with lush greeneries that’s floating by the feature pool, which leads them into an airy reception to create a sense of arrival. The ground floor doubles its functionality as a lift lobby and sales gallery, it also features an open courtyard and a kids’ playroom that stay true to its vision of providing wellness.
