The China Merchant Logistics Centre comprises a 30,000 sq m Express Warehouse, 51,000 sq m Dry Warehouse and Cold Storage, and 16,200 sq m Ancillary Office. Vehicular access and loading bays are required for all warehouse levels.
The logistics centre facilitates an uninterrupted and efficient flow of operation. Driveways to warehouse are carefully designed so that no cross movement will occur. Buffer lane is allowed along the main driveways, this significantly minimizes the risks of traffic blockage.
Eastern panoramic sea view is maximized in the building design. Main facade faces east. The eastern facade of office located on top of the warehouse is designed in a form of cascading terrace. This allows an ample outdoor space with stunning sea view for each office storey. A courtyard with greenery are provided in the middle of the office which provides a breathtaking space for office users.
