Chinese Restaurant, Fairmont Nanjing

Juxtapose the old with the new; inspiration for Nanjing Chinese Restaurant drew from Nanjing’s scholarly history and today’s fashion-infused lifestyle. Proposed design includes au courant staff uniforms and table settings in a timeless, contemporary décor coalesced with traditional ink paintings, paper-textured lined hallways reminiscent of antique scrolls and showcases of historical Chinese artifact.
