In 2023, Aedas has completed construction for the state-of-the-art New Build 4-storey Logistic Building in Tuen Mun. The design enabled all warehouse areas of 1.5 million sq ft (approx. 400,000 sq ft per floor) to have direct ramp access. Abundant parking is available to support high volume of vehicle movements. To cater for the tenants requirements, each warehouse is equipped with its own Loading and Unloading Bays and Cargo Lifts.
The internal warehouse areas have a 5 metre clear ceiling height and the floors are designed to have a loading capacity of 17.5kPa. The large warehouse floor plates are finished in Superflat Floor System which is suitable for tenants fit-out requirement for the newest advancements in warehouse automation and robotics.
