Gramercy

Gramercy is situated at the prestige location, mid-level in Hong Kong, which conceives the magnificent view of Victoria Harbour. It consists of a 28-storey high domestic tower sitting on a 4-storey high podium. The entire project is embodied with contemporary and SOHO lifestyle. The tower’s façade is designed to avoid monotonous and repetitious building components. Bay windows and balconies are unified by architectural features, which make the building elevation a signature of the project.
