This project is located in the Jiangdong new area, Haikou city of Hainan. The site is long and narrow, facing the Qionghai sea with rich landscape resources. The site is mainly surrounded by low-density residential areas, citizen square, supporting facilities, and Hilton conference hotel. The project includes resort hotel and water park. It shows the international character and represents the traditional architectural style of Haikou in planning layout, façade form, architectural space, materials and details, as well as landscape design. With the Yefeng square and Hilton Hotel on the west side, it aims to be an international leisure and entertainment tourism destination in Haikou.
The project has the design concept of ‘Qionghai streamer’. The building expands along the coastline in a dumbbell shaped layout. The podium forms an internal courtyard through the semi-closed layout. The two guestroom towers are designed with terrace. The silver ribbon connects the hotel podium and the tower as a whole, forming the sparkling natural façade. The elegant and concise architectural language and the light and bright materials make the building have a brand new resort style.
