Located in the heart of the financial centre in Xiamen, the BRICS Industrial Headquarters stands a new symbol of innovation and collaboration. The project seamlessly integrates open interactive spaces with mixed-use functions within a highly constrained site. The design evokes rhythmic beauty of traditional stone-brick residences, offering a new solution for balancing functionality and spatial efficiency in high-density urban development.
On the eastern plot, the office and hotel are vertically arranged to form a 228m super high-rise complex. The elevated atrium fosters openness and connectivity within the building. The convention centre, along with three major conference halls, is stacked vertically on the northern street-facing side. The ground floor is lifted 15m, creating a welcoming urban plaza and grand entrance steps.
The western plot focuses on R&D office, with a 180m secondary tower positioned on the northern side, creating a staggered layout alongside the main tower. On the southern side, two versatile apartment buildings are strategically placed, complemented by a variety of commercial amenities. This well-integrated layout creates a high-quality community where residents can seamlessly experience living, leisure, and social engagement.
