Huiyang Station City Integrated Comprehensive Development Research

Located on the urban axis of Huiyang District, Huiyang Station TOD serves as a core project in the district as a sub-centre of the Shenzhen metropolitan area. The project is designed to be a benchmark for a highly integrated station-city centre, classified as a key project in Guangdong Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan”. The project includes two major parts: the hub and the above-ground properties. The hub comprises three railways, two urban rail lines, transport hub and public parking facilities. With a total construction area of 615,600 sq m, the above-ground properties encompass 17 plots along the railway lines, including Grdae-A offices, commercial areas, exhibition centre, five-star hotel, school and community support facilities. It aims to establish a self-sustaining and self-supporting ecosystem comprising diverse ecological elements of work, life, leisure and exhibitions.
