Aedas teamed up with China Southwest Architecture and won the competition for the Lijia Smart Park Innovation Centre West Zone Project, for the A10-1\A10-2\A13-1\A13-2\A14-1\A14-2 scheme. It is yet another achievement for Aedas in the area after obtaining first place in the international competition for the collaborative planning and design competition for Lijia Yuelai Smart Park in collaboration with Guangzhou Urban Planning and Survey Design Institute and Jadu Xintai Technology Co., Ltd.
The Lijia Yuelai Smart Park, with a planned area of approximately 49,000,000 sq m, is located in the geographical centre of Sichuan-Chongqing Smart Industry Collaboration Zone. The West Zone is the western gateway of Lijia Smart City and the core of its smart production and research industry. Comprised of hotels, office spaces, scientific research centres, commercial spaces, incubators, and a host of experience platforms, The Lijia Yuelai Smart Park is a development brimming with infinite possibilities.
