Longfor Hongqiao Mixed-use Project

This mixed-use project consists of retail, office and hotel uses. The project design is inspired by the traditional Chinese coiled dragon to connect shopping malls, offices and a hotel coherently, creating a landmark building in the central business district. Retail space follows a linear layout which gives clear internal directions to visitors and improves circulation to the stores. The folded pattern of coiled dragon offers more exterior commercial façade areas and also public spaces for entertainment, creating a vivid shopping and leisure destination.
