Nansha Futures Industrial Park stands along the Pearl River Bay. The project stands as the cornerstone of Nansha International Financial Island, where the dynamism of finance harmonizes with the rhythm of nature. This dynamic industry-work-life ecosystem creates a multidimensional spatial experience for financial talents, while attracting global financial resources to converge in Nansha, supporting the development of Nansha and the GBA.
The project overlooks the delta at the convergence of the Shanghengli Waterway to the north, fronts the development axis Hengli Central Road to the south, and sits adjacent to the IFF, offering unparalleled geographical advantages. Our journey commenced with Nansha’s unique tapestry of “mountains, rivers, sea, fields, and cities” as our foundational spatial framework. To honor this context, the design sets the grassroots space in a grid-like layout, three north-south axes flow like waterways, stitching together the waterfront landscapes, while an east-west axis weaves through the site with the delicate precision of Lingnan’s cooling alleys. Three office towers step down in height from west to east, while low-rise buildings to the north activate the waterfront with vibrant public plazas. While maximizing river views, we create a harmonious silhouette that resonates with Nansha’s evolving skyline.
