The development consists of three land plots for buildings and one for a civic square. It is envisioned to provide Grade-A office space for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and create an elegant, low-carbon green office building in alignment with the company’s vision, looking to be the new urban landmark along Huangpu River and Expo Avenue.
The architectural design is inspired by the company’s logo. The form of flowing water represents convergence, union and continuous forwarding, while the extension and openness at both ends reflect the infinite potential for development.
