Taichung Xitun District Sec.Huiguo Plot 90 Retail & Office Project

Taichung / Taiwan, PRC

It is located in Xitun CBD of Taichung, adjacent to important public buildings such as the Taichung City Government and the Opera House, as well as other Grade-A office buildings. It is also close to Taiwan Boulevard, offering convenient transportation. The building is designed to be 325m, making it the tallest in Taichung and the third tallest in Taiwan overall. The façade design draws inspiration from the cascading waterfalls of high mountains. The silver-gray glass curtain wall is coupled with sleek vertical decorative strips, shining brightly in the sunlight and resembling a waterfall in the clear sky cascading from the heavens. The layered outdoor balconies divide the terraces in half, providing an unobstructed view and creating a new icon for the city.
