The project is located in the core area of Xinzhuang Sub-Center, New Taipei City. Its design concept draws inspiration from the metamorphosis of a cocoon into a butterfly, with an architectural form that evokes the image of wings in flight. This symbolizes the district’s transformation from marshland into a thriving CBD, representing rebirth, evolution, and ascension.
The development creates a futuristic and artistic twin-tower landmark, echoing the “Twin Cities” planning vision formed across the Dahan River between Xinzhuang Sub-Center and Banqiao New Center, and serving as a spatial emblem of the city’s development strategy. The elegant, flowing curves of the twin towers, together with a façade that reflects the texture of butterfly wings, imbue the architecture with a dynamic posture poised for flight.
