The design draws inspiration from the famous Song Dynasty ink painting which emphasises the majestic rivers and mountains as the design concept.

The staggered architectural form resembles two layered mountain peaks, creating a towering and powerful form for the tower. The front is full and solid, while the sides are steep and upright, creating a vibrant form with varying heights and levels. The two sloping roofs mimics a rugged and scattered mountain landscape, responding to the design concept. The dark glass curtain wall resembles a cascading waterfall while the podium echoes this in the form of a skirt-like structure, resembling a soaring giant bird with outstretched wings or a huge splash of water caused by the flowing stream.

The main façade has an excellent urban interface and creates a spacious public open space for the city. A front plaza is created which provides a good view, enhancing the accessibility and interaction with the city.

The design is set to enhance the city skyline with the concept of “rivers and mountains”, we hope to convey a vibrant and upward corporate office image through the architecture, which uplifts the overall appearance of the city and expresses confidence in the city’s future, adding a vibrant touch to the city skyline.
