Tradeport Logistics Centre is located at Hong Kong’s Chek Lap Kok International Airport. The building houses a logistics operation whereby goods entering and leaving the logistics centre receive value added processing. Three construction floors of 11,000 sq m are served by lorry docks on two floors and cargo lifts on all floors. Office space is provided on mezzanine floors overlooking the lorry docks. The building is capable of expansion to 45,000 sq m by the addition of a 4th floor. Aedas was appointed as Lead Architect for planning, design development, statutory advice & project administration.
