The design is inspired by Southern European architecture, focusing on stone patterns and metal elements, while utilizing light, shadow, and geometry to enhance the building’s aesthetics.
At the podium levels, aluminum panels and perforated designs create a gradient of light and shadow. The contrast between glass and exterior aluminum panels highlights the building’s three-dimensional aspect. The glass curtain wall features a light gray tone, complemented by champagne gold aluminum strips, which match the terrace railings and establish the project as a landmark in the area.
