The design drew inspiration of the natural resources, merging mountain and sea together to conform the characteristics of the coast, thicken the coastal habitat, and form three kinds of bay scenery: mangrove wetland, sports Bay and leisure fishing port.
Innovative spaces are placed in the north-south zone, whilst the exhibition and recreational amenities are placed in the west-east zone.
By taking advantage of the landscape pattern of mountains and seas, the design created parks and islands as well as scenic spots in the sea city that is rich in traditional meaning, and create a multi perspective and high-value image. The inner coast retains historical memory, connecting Cuoluo wharf and local traditions, and nourishing cultural vitality.
