With over 33 years of architectural experience Jan has always been enthusiastic in architecture and is particularly strong in architectural detailing and project leadership. As an Executive Director of Aedas Macau, he is experienced in working on complex and fast-track development projects. Together with a good eye on detailing to which Jan has developed, he is able to strike a good balance on implementing all aspect of design requirement and adhering its build ability.
Since 2005, Jan is fully involved in the Las Vegas Sands projects in Macau. He has successfully lead a team on site during construction stage to complete the Venetian Macao-Resort Hotel comprising 600,000 sq ft casino, 800,000 sq ft retail, over 1 million sq ft Expo & Congress, 15,000-seat Events Centre, and 3,000-suite hotel. He was then subsequently involved in the Sands Cotai Central development that comprises of two themed casinos, 4 hotel towers and MICE facilities, making up a total project area of 1.3 million sq m. Jan as a Project Director also competed the 400,000sq.m, 3,000 suite, The Parisian Resort and was successfully opened in 2016.
